Delivery & Re-Delivery Charges uses Australia Post or Courier services for all deliveries.
We reserve the right to choose delivery method depending on your location and order.

All deliveries are registered or require a signature confirmation, and as such if no one is
at the delivery address, orders will either be held at your local post office, re-delivered by courier
or available for pickup at the depo where possible.  In any event a card will either be left at your door or mail box to inform you.   
We are not responsible for any re-delievery fee's associated with re-deliveries.

For all international orders, we are not responsible for any custom / import charges including, taxes, gst and any other fee's that may be charged by your country.

DIY Stationery does not have pickup facilities

Items Damaged / Lost During Transit guarantee's all items leaving, are in good condition, however it remains the customers responsibilty to select insurance while checking out to be covered for any loss or damage of product while in transit.  We recommend selecting insurance for any order above $100, any damaged goods must be notified within 72 hours.
We Accept no responsibity while goods are in transit, and it remains customers responsibilty to liase with transport company, however we will provide any information required in the unfortunate event that a item is lost or damaged. will not be held liable for any damages or consequences as a result of you not receiving or receiving a damaged delivery.

Returns Policy / Refund

Please choose carefully, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind / incorrect choices.

Order cancilations
Please note once your shopping cart is checked-out and paid, orders are non refundable.  In the event of selecting an incorect product, you must notify us within  hours via email with your changes. This however does not guarentee your order has not been processed yet, or that the changes are able to be made.  In the event an order is canciled on the request of the client ( which is at our sole disgression if possible) a re-stocking cancilation fee may apply from 15 -30%.

Product colours
While we make every effort to display correct colours, every monitor displays colours differently and are for indications purposes and may not be exact match.  Also note that if ordering at different times, there may be slight colour variences in colour between supplier batches.  If you are unsure of colours you may request to purchase colour swathes.
